These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InfoRire mobile application and the InfoRire website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

InfoRire is an event discovery platform that helps users find comedy shows, venues, performers, and related activities. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Service displays publicly available information about comedy events, including content originating from ticket platforms, venues, social networks, artists, and user submissions.

InfoRire does not own or claim rights over this third‑party content.

Creative materials such as event descriptions, posters, images, artwork, branding, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for informational purposes.

While we aim to provide accurate information, InfoRire cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third‑party event information. You should verify details on the original event or ticket source.

The InfoRire brand, logo, features, design elements, and all original content in the Service are protected by intellectual property laws in Québec, Canada, and internationally.

Third‑party materials displayed within the Service remain the property of their respective owners.

4. User Contributions

If you submit event information, comments, reviews, media, or any other content ("User Contributions"), you grant InfoRire a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for the operation and improvement of the Service.
